Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as ‘Tapping’, is a powerful way to make positive changes in your life and help you step into a better future.

By gently tapping on specific points on your body while talking aloud and focusing on a particular problem, as guided by your therapist, it is possible to train your brain to change negative patterns and habitual thoughts.

EFT is often used to support anxiety reduction, low mood, feelings of loss, frustration, guilt and other emotional distress, lack of confidence and self-esteem, physical pain management, chronic fatigue, stress, sleep disturbance, and other issues.
