Sunday, 11.45am – 12.45pm
Meditation: These run as 6 week courses with Natasha Goldson – 07738 477746

Please note: There is a 48 hour cancellation policy, otherwise you will be charged for the class/workshop.

Please bring your own mats and equipment as we cannot provide these at this time.
