HATHA YOGA: Tuesday 9.15 - 10.45

 

This style of yoga aims to unite the elements of the sun (ha) and moon (tha) in a warming yet calming manner. We'll focus on breath awareness as we relax, rejuvenate, and attend to our body's unique needs. This class is suitable for all levels.

VINYASA FLOW: Thursday 18.00– 19.30

Dynamic in nature, this flowing class is guaranteed to ignite the fire inside. We’ll engage the deep Ujjayi breath to move through our practice, and discover an array of fun and challenging poses. Inversions, back bends, and balances will be all explored, and modifications offered. Suitable for all levels, as long as your ready to work!
